Datu Tim Hartman started his Martial Arts Journey in 1980. After becoming one of Modern Arnis’ leading practitioners, the Late Grand Master Remy A. Presas introduced Datu Hartman to Balintawak Grand Master Ted Buot. This was a deliberate act by GM Presas to expose Hartman to some of the roots of Modern Arnis. Presas knew that having Hartman train with GM Buot would result in taking him to the next level. This site is dedicated to Hartman’s program of the Bacon-Buot Balintawak Concepts.
